Estimate and appointment requests
- Submitting information does not create an appointment, guarantee availability, authorize a charge, or promise a particular crew.
- The final service scope, price, date, access plan, and payment requirements are confirmed separately before work begins.
- Starting prices and service descriptions may change until an estimate is accepted.
Vendor requests for quote
- A vendor opportunity is a nonexclusive request for quote, not an employment offer, shift, guaranteed assignment, or promise of payment.
- A submitted vendor quote does not authorize work. Service begins only after an owner-awarded written work order identifying the agreed scope, service window, and amount.
- Worker or vendor status depends on the actual legal and operational relationship, not the portal label or these website terms.
Communications and secure links
- Keep tokenized service, scheduling, payment, and vendor links confidential and notify us if a link is lost or used without permission.
- Transactional text consent is optional and may be withdrawn by replying STOP. Email remains available for required service communications.
Appropriate website use
- Do not submit false, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized information.
- Automated abuse, scraping, interference, impersonation, and attempts to bypass service-area, access, or security controls are prohibited.
